Temporarily Closed - Just in time for Halloween, the Natural History Museum will transform its Nature Gardens into a hauntingly whimsical interactive light-up experience for all ages. Featuring familiar sights for long-time Boney Island fans – skeletons performing rope tricks, levitating through hoops, shadow puppetry and more – NHM will put its own spin on the event with artistic performances, real fossils, live animal presentations, trick-or-treating, and other ghoulishly glowing installations. Explore the garden paths, as creepy crawlies, silly skeletons and carnivores from the Cretaceous abound!

Couple things: The later you go the less kids there are. Later you go the less kids run into you or you see breaking the props. Where the hell are Bonney Island personnel? There needed to be security walking around to stop children pulling on any and all props. Watched 2 get messed up and the parents just watched and got mad at me for stopping their kids from destroying your property

Update: Still amazing now located at the Natural History Museum. So many bones!!!! The new robotic Boney dog was great this year! My favorite yard display ever!!! It moved to the park a few years ago because they outgrew their location and it’s sooooo fun!!!!!
